The 8th Annual Intergovernmental Panel Physician Summit will be hosted at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, Greece. The venue has breathtaking views of the fabled Acropolis, regal Syntagma Square, Parliament, lush Lycabettus Hill and the original Olympic Stadium. Located in the heart of the city since 1874, the multi-awarded landmark hotel is within walking distance of shopping areas, museums and the business district.
The International Panel Physicians Association Group Guest Rate
- Rates for guest rooms are quoted in Euro and inclusive of buffet breakfast at the hotel's designated breakfast areas.
- Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Program Dates
- Rates include local taxes, currently 13.56% on room and breakfast
- Complimentary Wi-Fi (5 MBPS) and access to the Thermal Suite, Indoor Swimming Pool, Relaxation Fitness Studio and changing rooms.
- Deadline to book is 10th February, 2021 in order to qualify for the group rate. Requests received after cut-off date with be subjected to availability or best available rate at time of reservation.

Terms and Conditions
- An accommodation tax of 4 EUR per room, per night will be automatically invoices to the guests' extras invoice and be payable by the guests prior to their checkout
- Mandatory porterage charge of 7 EUR round trip applies per person, including applicable taxes.
- Payment for room and tax and all incidental charges is due in full upon check out. Payment can be made by cash, by certified check, or credit card. Hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Duet Card, Eurocard, JCB International, Maestro/Switch, Master Card or Visa.
- At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.
- Room, F&B or tax increases will be applied automatically.
- Rates do not include automatic or mandatory charges, tips, gratuities or service charges for employee unless other expressly stated.
- Reservations are processed utilizing Marriott's online reservation system to process reservation for Group.
- Guest reservations must be confirmed with prepayment of one night reservation deposit by 10th February or the reservation is subject to cancellation by Hotel. Payment of one night can be made by the guest authorizing prepayment to the credit care used to make the reservation deposit. Deposits made by guests are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least before 10th of February, 2021 and a cancellation number is obtained.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
