Agreement between you (“the User”), the user of panelphysician.org, and the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”).

Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) carefully before using panelphysician.org (“the website”) operated by the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”, “us” or “we”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website panelphysician.org.

By accessing or using the website in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the website or contributing content or other materials to the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the IPPA Code of Conduct.

This Terms of Use applies to the International Panel Physicians Association website (“panelphysician.org”) and does not apply to third-party provided content or advertising.

The International Panel Physicians Association website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this document and in the Code of Conduct. Your use of the International Panel Physicians Association website and/or services constitutes your acceptance to all such terms, conditions, and notices.


Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality, are owned by the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The content provided by collaborators, associates, affiliates or advertising partners is owned by those third parties and published here on their behalf, assuming they have intellectual property on the content.


Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Accounts and Responsibilities

Certain areas of panelphysician.org require you to open an account and/or acquire a membership with IPPA. Should you decide or be required to open an account at panelphysician.org or acquire a membership with IPPA, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will choose a user name and a password.

When you use any account for access to panelphysician.org, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. In case of unauthorized use, you agree to immediately notify IPPA.


Code of Conduct

In addition to these Terms of Use, all users and members are expected to abide by the IPPA Code of Conduct, which is attached to this Agreement and forms part of it. The Code of Conduct outlines standards of professionalism, ethical practice, and duty of care expected from all Panel Physicians, affiliates, and participants in IPPA programs. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of access to IPPA services.


Termination of Services

IPPA may terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.


Governing Law

This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Conduct shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.


Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use and/or the Code of Conduct by posting the updated versions on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.
