Agreement between you (“the User”), the user of panelphysician.org, and the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”).

Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) carefully before using panelphysician.org (“the website”) operated by the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”, “us” or “we”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website panelphysician.org.

By accessing or using the website in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the website or contributing content or other materials to the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

This Terms of Use applies to the International Panel Physicians Association website (“panelphysician.org”) and does not apply to third-party provided content or advertising.

The International Panel Physicians Association website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this document. Your use of the International Panel Physicians Association website and/or services constitutes your acceptance to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality, are owned by the International Panel Physicians Association (“IPPA”) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The content provided by collaborators, associates, affiliates or advertising partners is owned by those third parties and published here on behalf of them, assuming they have intellectual property on the content.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Certain areas of panelphysician.org require you to open an account and/or acquire a membership with the International Panel Physicians Association. Should you decided or be required to open an account at panelphysician.org or acquire a membership with the International Panel Physicians Association, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will choose a user name and a password.

When you use any account for access to panelphysician.org, you, and only you, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activity that occur under your account. In case of an unauthorized use of your account, you agree to immediately notify the International Panel Physicians Association in order to prevent risks on the security of the website. Neither panelphysician.org nor the International Panel Physicians Association will be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by panelphysician.org, the International Panel Physicians Association or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account owner. You must exit or log-out from your account at the end of each session.

Termination of Services

IPPA may terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Your affiliation or membership at IPPA may be modified if your status as a panel physician change or end at any time. You must notify IPPA about any change in you status as a panel physician in order for us to update or delete your information.


The User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the website. To use the services offered by the website, the User must independently obtain access to Internet and the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay the service fees or equipment costs associated with such access.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the International Panel Physicians Association.
IPPA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services offered through panelphysician.org. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website that you visit.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use by posting the updated terms on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the website or discontinue any use of the website immediately.
