This course offers a comprehensive training experience of the disparate health needs of migrant populations, the pre-migration health requirements of M5 countries designed to respond to them, and the knowledge needed by their providers. These topics will be presented by well-recognized faculty with country specific and global perspectives.
Theme: As we mark 3 years since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask ourselves: what is the reality of the world now and how are we rising to meet its demands? We will reconnect with Panel Physicians who will share lessons learned from recent challenges and how their immigration medical examination practices are transforming.
Audience: The target audience includes any clinician or staff who provides immigration medical examinations for M5 country bound migrants, would like to develop a deeper understanding of migrant health, and expand their knowledge and understanding of the Technical Instructions for M5 countries.
